Cancellation Policy

The deposit/booking retainer is non-refundable. Once you have made the deposit but need to reschedule, please be advised that your deposit will be held for 1 month maximum. Otherwise, you will have to make another deposit to book another appointment. Please give 24 hours in advance for reschedules or cancellations. There will be a $20 late fee applied to balance if you are more than 15 mins late. Additional charges will occur for more than 15 minutes late. More than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and charged as a no call/no show. Your deposit/booking retainer is nonrefundable. NO CALLS/NO SHOWS (important): Unfortunately, for no calls/shows, your deposit will not be returned or transferred to another service. You will have to make another deposit for your next appointment. Due to limited space, please do not bring any additional guests or kids with you to your appointment. Thank you & have a blessed day!
